Welcome to this glimpse of our farm, the Little Elk Organic Farm.
Why the name? The pretty Little Elk River flows right by our farm. Isn’t it lovely?
Meet your farmer: Michael
Michael enjoys most outdoor activities, including farming (obviously), gardening, exploring, building things out of wood or metal, forestry projects, hunting, fishing, trapping, watching things grow, and he’s a great fixer of all the things his wife breaks. :D He also greatly enjoys spending time with his family!
The farmer’s wife: Cora and the little helpers who think playing in the dirt is great fun!
Cora’s interests include: Gardening (she has a great weakness for flowers), cake decorating, piano playing, Basset Hounds, and experimenting with all of the dairy recipes that Michael finds for her to make (Mascarpone anyone?). She loves being able to stay home and work with Michael on the farm and help raise their Littles!
